Former Girls Aloud beauty Kimberley Walsh has confessed that when she gives birth to her first child, she wants it to be an all-natural experience. 

She announced her pregnancy back in February and this will be her first child, which she will welcome into the world with partner Justin Scott. 

Speaking to press earlier this week at the The Health Lottery Champagne Tea Party at The Savoy Hotel in London (June 2), the singer and first time mother-to-be admitted it's important she is alert and aware during the birth, although if the situation demands medication she wouldn't turn it down:

"I'm hoping to have a natural birth, but I'm also very aware that things can happen and I'm trying to keep an open mind and see how it goes and how it's going to pan out, but I would like to give birth naturally. I wouldn't want a home birth because I experienced my nephew's birth which became quite complicated and I think that really put me off the idea of having a baby at home. I want to be near the emergency services. But I want to do it naturally."
