Kimberley Walsh on Girls Aloud reunion: "It feels like we're back to normal"

Kimberley Walsh has revealed her joy at reforming Girls Aloud.

The popular group are celebrating their tenth anniversary in November and they recently announced plans to celebrate the milestone with a greatest hits album and a 2013 tour.

In an interview with Look magazine, Walsh has expressed her relief over being able to now speak freely about the reunion.

The singer, who is appearing in this year's Strictly Come Dancing, added that having all five ladies socialising with each other more regularly has helped smooth their reformation. She said:

"Finally, it's all out in the open and everyone knows what our plans are. Now we're starting all the discussions for our TV performances, the tour and videos. It's really exciting!"

Walsh continued: "Nadine [Coyle] moved to LA, so she wasn't around to come to nights out and dinners, so she was obviously going to feel a bit distant. But over the past year we've seen so much of each other that it feels like it's back to normal now."

Girls Aloud are due to release their greatest hits album 'Ten' on November 26 and they will tour the UK and Ireland in February and March next year.
