Kylie Minogue closes 2014 Commonwealth Games

Kylie Minogue brought the 2014 Commonwealth Games to a close last night (August 3).

The Australian singer headlined the event's closing ceremony at Glasgow's Hampden Park.

She ran through tracks like 'The Loco-Motion' and a rocked up version of 'Can't Get You Out of My Head' to an enthused audience of athletes and gig-goers.

Other acts who performed on the night include Lulu, Deacon Blue and rising Glasgow act Prides.

They all joined forces at the event's conclusion to run through Scots favourite 'Auld Lang Syne'.

The next Commonwealth Games, due to take place in 2018, will be held in Minogue's native Australia.
