Kylie Minogue says Rita Ora will be 'great' as her 'The Voice' replacement

Australian superstar Kylie Minogue has revealed that she's excited Rita Ora has signed up to replace her as a judge on 'The Voice' because she knows the 'I Will Never Let You Down' beauty will do an amazing job.

During an interview with ITV's Lorraine Kelly this morning (September 25), the superstar showed her support for Ora and suggested she will be great as a coach: "I'm really excited that Rita is doing it, I think she'll be great!"

Will.i.Am, meanwhile, also recently praised Ora as a new addition to the panel and told Britain's The Mirror newspaper: "If it wasn't Rita, I wouldn't have done it. So I'm happy that it's Rita. Because when Kylie left I was like, 'Who else are you going to get?' Who else? Gwen Stefani is in America doing 'The Voice', but that would have been cool if we got her here. I don't know who else we could have got."

Ora issued a statement on joining 'The Voice' and admitted that it's a fantastic opportunity that she can't wait to get stuck into: "So excited to be part of - and for my team to win - 'The Voice' this series! Let's have some fun will.i.am, Tom and Ricky! I'm really looking forward to the blind auditions - and spinning in my big red chair. EXCITED!!!!"
