Pop superstar Kylie Minogue is currently touring Europe with her Aphrodite Les Folies show, but has revealed to the Daily Star that as she gets older she might like to try her hand at working in the film industry. 

The 'Better Than Today' singer has been unstoppable lately with her extensive string of dates that have taken her around the world, but when this tour ends she explained that she might take a little career detour:

"Professionally, I’d love to be behind the camera more. I think there’s a director in me somewhere as I get older and bossier."

Minogue, who is no stranger to being on screen, joked:

“I don’t know how I ended up with a music career that has lasted that long when I thought I’d just be an actress."

“I love the community spirit of doing a film with other people around, rather than having your own trailer when you’re a pop star.”
