Lady Gaga appoints new managerAfter splitting ways with her manager Troy Carter, Lady Gaga has chosen his replacement. Bobby Campbell is to take over managing the ‘Applause’ star (pictured together below). Campbell previously worked for Troy Carter but parted ways with him on the same day as Lady Gaga. Troy Carter began managing Lady Gaga back in 2007 but the pair severed ties prior to the release of her latest album ‘ARTPOP’ in November 2013. Carter has previously stated that he felt unprepared for his split from Gaga but he has quickly picked up new clients including John Mayer and Sky Ferreira. Earlier this month Lady Gaga posted an online rant about being “betrayed” and “gravely mismanaged” which has caused a prolonged delay in the release of her video for ‘Do What U Want’. Lady Gaga recently performed a tribute to Carole King as part of the MusiCares gala.
