Lady Gaga offers 'family dinner' prize to fans who donate to Born This Way Foundation

Pop icon Lady Gaga has asked fans to make donations in order to keep her Born Brave Bus project running and has offered an exciting prize as an incentive.

Writing on Twitter earlier today (February 26), she explained that when people give money to the charity they will be entered into a contest and one lucky winner will have dinner with her in Manhattan:

"Please support The Born This Way Foundation by donating! #dinnerwithgaga help fund #Bornbravebus. Donations mean the WORLD to us. Revive #bornbravebus this year! A meeting place for mental health, youth empowerment, + bravery counseling."

The 'Applause' beauty also uploaded an accompanying video message, in which she says: "Hi everyone, this is Lady Gaga. Welcome to the Born This Way Foundation. It's a well-known fact that I have some of the most amazing, creative, inspiring, and brave fans in the world so I wanted to do something that would include my fans and my non-profit charity, The Born This Way Foundation, in our work to create more bravery and more kindness."

"For just a small donation to the Born This Way Foundation, you'll be entered to win a New York experience with me. You and a friend will be flown in, given VIP tickets to one of my Roseland Ballroom concerts, and I will throw a dinner for you and my family in our restaurant, Joanne Trattoria."
