Lady Gaga says ARTPOP tour is "unlike anything we've ever done"

Lady Gaga has told fans to expect something different on her upcoming tour.

The US star is due to embark on her artRave: The ARTPOP Ball world tour from May 4 in promotion of her 2013 record 'ARTPOP'.

The singer has been teasing the concert run for several weeks, but she took to Twitter again to say:

"This tour is unlike anything we've ever done! Get ready to PARTY."

Gaga previously said that the tour will have "moments of creative revolution" flowing throughout.

Speaking meanwhile about the tour's stage set-up recently on BBC Radio 1, Gaga said:

"It's like a big party, so sort of like, the stage is these huge panels [that] really engulf the whole audience to the centre of the arena.

"But they also have space underneath them for you to walk, so you can look up underneath the stage at the dancers and me. There's a VIP area for special fans who've got tickets to sit inside the stage and have their own bar. It's all really fun and it's a big art rave."

Gaga meanwhile will visit the UK on her tour in October.
