Lady Gaga's fans, known collectively as her Little Monsters, have won the Best Fanbase title in Pop Crush's March Madness competition. 

The 'Born This Way' icon's following first beat out Katy Perry's fans (the KatyCats) and then they went onto beat Britney Spears' fans along with Justin Bieber's army. The final round saw the Little Monsters win against Miley Cyrus‘ Smilers with 52.05% of the vote. 

Gaga, meanwhile, recently played an April Fool's joke on her 45.5 million followers and announced she was quitting pop music before reassuring them she was only kidding. 

Back in February, the superstar teased her fans by revealing that she will be part of the new 'American Horror Story' series, which will be called 'Hotel'. She shared a short black and white video clip to announce the exciting news.
