Lady Gaga threatens lawsuit against breast milk ice cream company

A breast milk ice cream company have again been warned by Laga Gaga's lawyers.

London-based The Lickators came under fire in 2011 when they were threatened with legal action by the singer for their product Baby Gaga.

A new ice cream called Royal Baby Gaga was created in May to celebrate the birth of Prince William and Kate Middleton's baby Princess Charlotte.

Gaga's lawyers, however, have ordered the company to stop using the name and to remove all references to the product on social media.

A rep for the company told the Mirror that they will not back down, adding that they are going to send breast milk ice cream to Gaga as peace offering.

They said: "Neither names nor features Lady Gaga, nor are her trademarks infringed...

"We will not be bullied into removing content from social media relating to our product and subsequent media coverage. However, we will send complimentary tubs of our ice cream to Lady Gaga for chilling out to, as a gesture of peace and goodwill."
