Taylor Kinney has revealed his wish to have a number of children with Lady Gaga.

The actor proposed to the singer earlier this year and it seems the couple are ready to take it to the next level.

Speaking to the Huffington Post, Kinney said that he hopes to replicate his own youth by having a large family.

He said: "I have a bunch of brothers. I grew up with a big family.

"I want that, sure. I want a brood, you know. I'd like to have a little soccer team and a minivan and all that stuff."

Gaga meanwhile said in 2013 that she also wants a large family. The US star revealed:

"I want to have tons of kids, actually.  think at least three. I really want to have a family and I really want to nurture my children. To be honest, having my own kids will be like having three little monsters with me all the time.

"I grew up with a very strong family and I just cannot imagine not having a normal nuclear family."

Kinney met Gaga after working with the singer on her 2011 video for 'You And I'.
