Lady Gaga honours David Bowie with Grammys medley

Lady Gaga paid tribute to the late David Bowie in style at last night's (February 15) Grammy Awards.

The singer teamed up with guitarist Nile Rodgers to run through a medley of some of Bowie's most well-known tunes.

The segment kicked off with 'Space Oddity' before heading into 'Changes' and 'Ziggy Stardust'.

Gaga then performed 'Suffragette City', 'Rebel Rebel', 'Fashion' and 'Fame'.

The slot was ended with a rendition of Bowie's iconic tune 'Heroes'.

Gaga donned red hair for the occasion, channeling the British musician's recognisable style.

Prior to the performance, the US star uploaded a video of herself listening to Bowie's music and crying while getting make-up applied.

A couple of days before the performance, Gaga inked a Ziggy Stardust tattoo on the side of her body.

Bowie passed away in January at the age of 69 after a secret battle with cancer.
