If you haven't heard yet, it has been confirmed that "Perfect Illusion" sensation Lady Gaga will perform the Half Time show at next year's Super Bowl event. 

The pop superstar took to her official Twitter page to announce the long-awaited news and wrote: "It's not an illusion. The rumours are true. This year the SUPER BOWL goes GAGA! @nfl @FOXTV @pepsi #PERFECTILLUSION #GAGASUPERBOWL."

Gaga also shared the following post on Instagram: "It's a done deal! I can't wait to rock for YOU from Houston! Thank you Football fans and Music fans. Let's do this!"

The event is scheduled to take place on February 5 in Houston.
