Lady Gaga, Camila Cabello and Machine Gun Kelly reach new UK sales milestones

The British Phonographic Industry has shared its end of week awards and Lady Gaga can now celebrate a new certification level thanks to the commercial success of her latest album, 'Joanne'

The record has now gone Gold, selling over 100,000 copies in the UK since its release. 

Sage the Gemini's single 'Now and Later' has been certified Silver, which means that it has shifted over 200,000 units. Cheryl, who just confirmed her pregnancy, can also now celebrate Silver status with her track 'Under the Sun'. 

Elsewhere, Camila Cabello's collaboration with Machine Gun Kelly on 'Bad Things' went Silver, The 1975's 'The Sound' has gone Gold (400,000 copies sold), and British country duo The Shires have achieved Gold status with their sophomore album 'My Universe'.
