Lady Gaga doesn't think 'Born This Way' is worth more than 99¢

Pop sensation Lady Gaga reveals she doesn't think her new record, 'Born This Way', is worth more than 99 cents.

Online store Amazon recently sold her new album for one cent less than a dollar and when asked by the Wall Street Journal if she thought it should be retailing for more, she answered:

"No, I absolutely do not. Especially for MP3s and digital music. It's invisible. It's in space."

The special promotion seems to have been incredibly effective as 'Born This Way' shifted over 1.1 million copies during its first week in the U.S and shot straight to the top of the Billboard 200 chart.

"If anything, I applaud a company like Amazon for equating the value of digital versus the physical copy, and giving the opportunity to everyone to buy music."

Gaga is still holding fast to the No.1 position in the UK albums chart, too, and you can watch her perform 'The Edge of Glory' on American Idol here:
