Lady Gaga posted a photo from her 'Marry The Night' video shoot to her Twitter with the caption "It's Not that I've been Dishonest, It's Just that I Loathe Reality".

The photos sees a person lying on a hospital stretcher, with an IV drip attached to their arm, being led down an ornate corridor with two nurses, who appear to be wearing uniforms from the 50s.

It is unknown whether this person is Gaga or her male alter-ego, Jo Calderone.

Nothing else is revealed about the video for her next single, which she recently performed live on X Factor and at the MTV EMA in Belfast, but she did tweet a little bit more about her next video:

"This will be the longest video I've released to date ... the beginning of the story I never told you".
