Lady Gaga unveils European Born This Way Ball tour dates

Pop icon Lady Gaga has unveiled the European tour dates for her highly-anticipated Born This Way Ball.

The 'Marry The Night' superstar took to social networking site Twitter in the early hours of this morning (April 10) and teased that later today she would release the list of dates and venues that she will stop at, and at 7am GMT she honoured her promise.

She will kick off the string of European tour dates on August 14 in Bulgaria and will remain on the continent until October 6 when she will close the Born This Way Ball in Spain.

Gaga is also set to bring the live show to the UK where she will perform at London's Twickenham Stadium on September 8 and Manchester's MEN Arena on September 11.

The tour has already been hit with controversy after an age restriction was slapped on her scheduled date in South Korea because the region believes that she promotes homosexuality and doesn't agree with her creative use of religious iconography.
