Lady Gaga "denied permit for Indonesia concert"

Lady Gaga has reportedly been denied a permit to host one of her world tour dates in Indonesia.

The Press Association reports that police have denied a permit for the singer to perform the show, which is due to take place on June 3.

National police spokesman Boy Rafli Amar is said to have confirmed the news.

It is reported that some sections of Indonesia's Muslim groups have denounced Gaga's clothing and stage show as being a possible bad influence on youths.

It's not the first time one of Lady Gaga's Born This Way Ball tour shows have come under fire. Her opening gig in South Korea's Seoul was slapped with an 18 certificate due to its apparent provocative content.
