Lady Gaga has revealed what her favourite aspects of touring are.

The global superstar took to Twitter this evening (May 29) to speak to some of her dedicated fans.

One asked her what her favourite thing about going on tour is, to which she replied:

"I can hang out with fans and then write music. #bestinspirationever xox."

Gaga also took time to speak to a fan who said they were "literally shaking" after meeting the singer backstage at one of her gigs.

As previously reported, Lady Gaga was forced into cancelling a scheduled gig in Indonesia following protests from some sections of the country's Muslim population.

The singer said that she was "devastated" over pulling the show and that her love for Indonesia has actually grown.
