Lady Gaga attends Watermill Center Summer Benefit in New York

Lady Gaga was spotted in attendance at the 2013 Watermill Centre Summer Benefit held in the Hamptons, New York, on Saturday (July 27).

The event brings together the worlds of theatre, art, fashion and design with participants from over 25 countries creating installations and performances.

Money raised by the benefit goes towards The Watermill Center's Artist Residency Programs, which provide an environment for young artists to explore and develop new work.

Lady Gaga was seen amongst the crowd sporting her new septum piercing, black hair and bleached eyebrows. She donned a cut-out black leather gown which exposed her bra for the event and wore minimal, natural-looking makeup.

Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, was spotted socialising with the performance artist Marina Abramovic and stage director Robert Wilson (see images below), both of which have been working with the pop star on her forthcoming ‘ARTPOP’ album.

Earlier this weekend the ‘Just Dance’ hit maker revealed an official promotional image ahead of the release of the premier single from her third album.
