Lady Gaga threatens hackers over song leak

Lady Gaga has demonstrated her anger over leaks of her forthcoming single ‘Applause’.

After snippets reportedly taken from Gaga’s highly anticipated new track appeared online the ‘Bad Romance’ singer took to Twitter to vent her feelings.

In a tweet to fellow pop star Katy Perry, whose new single ‘Roar’ also suffered an unofficial online leak, Gaga asked:

“Wanna grab some shovels and f*** up some hackers? @katyperry”

Gaga has previously asked her fans to avoid and remove leaked tracks from the internet after a demo for a song titled ‘Aura’ surfaced online earlier this month.

‘Applause’ will officially be released on August 19.
