Lady Gaga to headline iTunes Festival with 'an hour of new music'

It has been confirmed this evening (August 13) that pop superstar Lady Gaga will kick off London's iTunes Festival on September 1 with a very special live set at the Roundhouse in Camden.

She will take the stage on the month-long event's first night and took to her official Twitter page to tell her Little Monsters that she will debut new material at the concert:

"I'M HEADLINING ITUNES FESTIVAL ON SEPT 1 AT ROUNDHOUSE IN LONDON. ONE HOUR OF ALL NEW MUSIC. #UKMonstersGetReady."

Tickets for iTunes Festival are free although interested fans can apply through a draw type system for pairs of passes to each night.

Other acts that will perform throughout September include Kings of Leon, Elton John, Queens of the Stone Age, Vampire Weekend, Paramore, Rizzle Kicks, Justin Timberlake and Tinie Tempah. Each event also boasts support acts and these range from Jimmy Eat World to Tom Odell.
