'Judas' superstar Lady Gaga has taken to her official Twitter page to share a few pictures from her MTV VMAs rehearsal last night.

She will take the stage at Brooklyn's Barclays Center later this evening (August 25) to open the awards ceremony and is due to treat the audience along with viewers at home to a live rendition of her new single, 'Applause'.

Gaga then returned to the site and explained to her Little Monsters that her Born Brave bus (pictured below) would be appearing at Coney Island:

"The #BornBraveBus is back! Go visit at Coney Island today at the VMA Pop-Up Tour 3047 West 21st Street #BreedSomeCompassion @BTWFoundation. #BornBraveBus will be there from 2-6pm."

During a new interview with Just Jared, Gaga joked that her fans probably won't be able to guess what her return to the stage will be like as she plans to surprise them:

"You can’t really expect anything. I’m always trying to create something that the fans won’t expect. It’s definitely the most physically demanding performance I’ve ever done. It requires a lot of planning and rehearsal. I’m glad to just be back on stage and be able to perform for everybody."
