Lana Del Rey accidentally reveals the release date of her new album 'Ultraviolence'

Lana Del Rey has let slip the release date of her upcoming album ‘Ultraviolence’.

The ‘Video Games’ singer informed a group of fans know that her new record will be out on May 1.

Whilst signing autographs for a number of admirers one fan asked: “When’s your album coming out, Lana?”

To which she replied: “It’s coming out soon – May 1st.”

When her fans expressed surprise at her announcement the ‘Summertime Sadness’ songstress then asked: “Is that on video?”

Speaking further about ‘Ultraviolence’ Lana stated: “It’s so good it made me forget about the last record… I have that romantic feeling about it.”

‘Ultraviolence’ will be the follow-up to 2012's ‘Born To Die’.  

Lana Del Rey recently unveiled her cover version of ‘Once Upon A Dream’ for the soundtrack of Disney movie ‘Maleficent’.
