Lana Del Rey: 'I struggle with going on when I know we're going to die'

Hitmaker Lana Del Rey has revealed that if she thinks about death, she finds life a little demotivating.

During a new interview with Billboard magazine, the songstress opened up about her anxiety and confessed that she struggles with her own mortality at times:

"It’s hard for me sometimes to think about going on when I know we’re going to die. Something happened in the last three years, with my panic...It got worse. But I’ve always been prone to it."

The 'High By The Beach' sensation admitted that in the future she would like to branch out creatively and attempt to pen a novel: "I’d like to write a book one day. But you need a beginning, a middle and an end! I can deal with four minutes -- but I’m not so sure about a book."

She added that a longer music video is definitely on the cards: "I’ve been thinking it might be time to do a longer video, a 40-minute video. I was watching The Sandpiper, and I was working on something kind of based on that."
