Lily Allen has unleashed a new song called 'Air Balloon'.

The British singer unveiled the track on radio this morning (January 13) before it was uploaded onto YouTube. It is due to be released on March 2.

Referring to her recent John Lewis Christmas advert song, Allen commented: 

"If you thought the Bear and Hare was annoying, you won't want to watch this."

The tune follows up her 2013 comeback single 'Hard Out Here', which represented a return to music for the singer after a number of years out of the game.

Both songs are expected to feature on her upcoming album, which is estimated to hit shelves later this year.

Allen's last full record came in the shape of 2009's 'It's Not Me, It's You'.
