Songstress Lily Allen has celebrated the release of her new single 'Air Balloon' by launching a contest for her fans with an appropriately themed prize. 

The hitmaker has asked fans to design nail art and upload a template (pictured below) featuring their own creation to Instagram using the hashtag '#LilyNailArt' and the winning entry will be rewarded with a special flight in a Virgin hot air balloon.

Writing on her official Twitter page this afternoon (February 26), she explained that nail art is something she loves so it made sense to make it the focus of a competition: "Its no secret that I loves me some nail art, SO....we've set up this #AirBalloon inspired nail art comp."

A message on the competition's official website explains that fans can enter up until March 24 and the best nail designs will be made a reality by a Maybelline nail artist: "The winning design will be chosen by Lily and created courtesy of Maybelline nail artist Michelle Humphrey for Lily to wear. The nail artist will also create an exclusive pair for the winner too!"

'Air Balloon' will be released as a single on March 2 and it will feature on her forthcoming new studio album, 'Sheezus'.
