It has been confirmed that Sky Ferreira will support Miley Cyrus across selected shows on her Bangerz Tour of the UK and Europe. Sky recently supported Miley alongside Icona Pop on US dates. The highly anticipated tour, produced and promoted by Live Nation, kicked off on Tuesday 6th May at The O2 in London to rave reviews and will visit a further four cities throughout the UK including Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham followed by an extensive tour of Europe. In the UK, Miley has dominated the charts with a #1 album and #1 singles for “We Can’t Stop” and “Wrecking Ball.” Bangerz also debuted at #1 on both the Billboard Top 200 Album chart and the Digital Album Charts. Additionally, during release week, Bangerz hit #1 on iTunes in over 70 countries. Both singles, “Wrecking Ball” and “We Can’t Stop”, off Bangerz have already sold over 8 million copies worldwide.
