Gym trainer on Cheryl Cole: 'She didn't have much to transform as she's so beautiful'

Cheryl Cole's personal trainer has opened up about her gym regime in a new interview and confessed that the 'Call My Name' songstress is dedicated to keeping fit and toning her enviable physique.

Speaking to New! magazine, Tracy Anderson explained that while Cole didn't really have many problem areas to focus on, she wanted to maintain her shape so trained using a particular method:

"She's been a client for years. She's a beautiful girl and so talented. She wanted to be smart with her body, and to look balanced and feminine and in touch with her body. She really didn't have much to transform. She's a beautiful girl."

Anderson added that Cole committed to her workout plan and has seen the results she was after: "She did my method, which consists of up to 13 different movements and sequences that change every ten days. They are customised to every person. Cheryl does the muscle and structure work and then she does the cardio."

Cole, meanwhile, has taken to her official Twitter page to slam tabloid reports that suggest she spent her New Year's Eve trying to seduce a 20-year-old on holiday abroad:

"It's actually making me sad I had such a lovely new year and was more than happy to spend time and take pictures with people... Now somehow a 9-year-old child who gave me a kiss has turned into me kissing a random 20yr old! Can't do right for doing wrong seriously."
