Barbra Streisand duets album to feature Lady Gaga and Beyoncé

An upcoming duets album by Barbra Streisand is set to be a star-studded release.

Record producer Walter Afanasieff recently posted news of the forthcoming release on his website but has since removed the information.

In his original news story Afanasieff revealed that he is co-producing the Streisand production with Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and also listed a number of high profile artists who will feature on the album.

The producer named Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Stevie Wonder, Lionel Ritchie, Michael Bublé, John Mayer, Josh Groban, Bette Midler, Blake Shelton, Andrea Bocelli and Billy Joel as stars lined up to collaborate with Barbra Streisand.

However, since releasing these insights into the as-yet-untitled release, Walter Afanasieff has taken down his original post and stated:

“My apologies for release information and photos of a project that is in the making… I will keep you posted on the progress of this extraordinary Duets album when the time is right.”
