Details of Justin Bieber's police report questioned

Following Justin Bieber’s arrest for driving under the influence and drag racing earlier this week, it has now emerged that the police may have made multiple mistakes in their report on the pop star’s offences.

CNN have reported that two breath tests performed on the teen pop star showed that his blood-alcohol level was below .08% and instead measured at around .011% and .014%.

.08% is the legal limit for drivers and .02% is Florida's limit for drivers under the legal drinking age of 21.

19-year-old Bieber was originally stated by police to have smelt strongly of alcohol and filed in their report that his blood alcohol level was .04%.

Further aspects of the Miami police report being questioned include the speed at which Justin Bieber was driving.

The police stated cars being driven by the ‘Baby’ singer and his friend Khalil were doing 55-60 MPH, but Perez Hilton has revealed that a GPS system fitted in Bieber’s rented Lamborghini contradict these speeding claims.

Police also declared the Canadian singer to be of American citizenship on the first page of their report.

Justin Bieber has now jetted to Panama where he was spotted on Punta Chame Beach (pictured below).
