After proving to be a successful duo on record, Rihanna and Eminem are set to work together for a live tour.

During an interview with XXL magazine the Slim Shady rapper revealed that he will be performing a series of live shows alongside the ‘Pour It Up’ singer later this year.

Eminem explained: “There are some shows coming up with Rihanna. It's a three-city tour: New York, L.A., and Detroit coming in August. The Monster Tour.”

Specific dates and venues are yet to be confirmed.

In response to Eminem’s interview Rihanna excitedly tweeted:

“@Eminem: NYC/DET/LA this August with @Rihanna! #TheMonsterTour… OH IM THERE!!!!!”

Eminem and Rihanna have enjoyed two smash hit singles together with 2010’s ‘Love The Way You Lie’ and last year’s No. 1 ‘The Monster’.
