Prince makes rare US chat show appearance

Prince has appeared on US TV's The Arsenio Hall Show.

The legendary musician made the rare appearance last night (March 5) to promote his new 3rdEyeGirl output.

He performed new track 'FUNKNROLL' as his opener and chatted to host Arsenio Hall.

When asked what his pet peeve is, Prince responded: "Strangers touching my hair."

The music maestro also performed newbie 'Mutiny', as well as 'She's Always in My Hair'.

Rumours of a possible Prince Glastonbury Festival slot meanwhile were recently dismissed by organiser Emily Eavis, who told BBC 6Music:

"He's someone that will be amazing one day, he's somebody that we haven't had, and we would love to have him at Glastonbury. But no, no we haven't [booked him]."
