Anastacia has unveiled a new video as she returns to music after a second cancer diagnosis.

The singer revealed in October last year that she had undergone a double mastectomy after a second diagnosis of breast cancer.

The US star is due to unleash her new album 'Resurrection' on May 5 and she has now issued a video for the single 'Stupid Little Things'.

The promo clip sees Anastacia perform the song in a desert environment.

Speaking about her return to music, the powerful singer said:

"Writing songs helps pull you past the dark moments. Just being able to speak my story is a great help. 'Stupid Little Things' is about trying not to over think everything to make it much bigger than it is. For me it's about: don't focus on the small stuff!"
