Sam Bailey has revealed her disappointment at not meeting Beyoncé on her UK tour.

The X Factor 2013 winner supported the US icon in Birmingham on the recent UK leg of her Mrs. Carter Show world tour.

However, she told reporters that she never actually got to brush shoulders with the 'Drunk in Love' star.

Bailey said: "Unfortunately I didn't get to meet her, but I actually had that feeling before I went. There was so many security there - it was such a tight ship. I'm a memory keeper, so I would have loved it if she had signed something and said thank you for being the support artist. I'm not going to lie, anyone would be gutted."

She concluded: "I didn't think I would meet her to be honest, but I had no idea how it was going to go."

Bailey, who is pregnant with her third child, released her debut album 'The Power of Love' on Monday (March 24).
