The father of Olly Murs took to his official Twitter page last night (April 6) and told his followers that his son's new material is pretty impressive, and that he even thinks some of the songs might make it to No.1. 

Writing on Twitter yesterday, Pete Murs tweeted: "@ollyofficial Wow just listened to some new demos from Oliver's new Album tis awesome. So Fuuunnnnnky. To be fair at least 3 future Number one hit singles on there... for sure."

Upon seeing his father's public message, the 'Dance With You Tonight' heartthrob replied to him and joked that he shouldn't be talking about his new music just yet: "DAD sssssssssshh."

Last month, Murs confirmed that he won't be touring again until 2015 although he will perform on May 4 at the Royal Albert Hall in London as part of the Rays of Sunshine charity event.
