Ozzy Osbourne and Lady Gaga are the most misheard singers, a study has revealed.

Blinkbox confirmed that the two US stars are the hardest vocalists to understand.

Black Sabbath mainman Osbourne had 28% of the votes as the public picked who they commonly mishear.

Lady Gaga was second with 24%, whilst Shaggy followed with 22% of the vote.

The most commonly misheard song meanwhile was voted as Abba's 'Dancing Queen'.

Blinkbox stated that the line 'See that girl, watch that scene, diggin' the dancing queen' is often mistaken for:

"See that girl, watch her scream, kicking the dancing queen."

Queen's 'We Will Rock You' also confused people, with many thinking that the song includes the line:

"Kicking your cat all over the place."
