Nick Carter, of Backstreet Boys fame, has revealed that in 6 days time his group with make a "huge announcement" that has been kept a closely guarded secret for some time now. 

Writing on his official Twitter page this evening (April 22), the heartthrob explained that some big news is coming: "Also we are 6 days away from a HUGE announcement. It's been TOP SECRET."

While he was online, the 'In A World Like This' superstar explained that his horror movie project won't begin shooting until the beginning of next year because the success of his boyband's tour has been overwhelming: "Oh and just a quick update. 'Evil Blessings' is getting finishing touches done to the script. We are looking to begin shooting in January. With the busy schedule and success of the @backstreetboys tour it has made it difficult to set a solid date this year for filming."

"The good thing is that it has given me time to perfect the script. I want this project to be the best it can be for you. We are planning on doing a campaign with the movie where we host a fun fan event type tour, taking the movie to your nearest theatre."
