Ella Henderson has premiered her new single online.

The singer is due to release the track 'Ghost' as her first proper single on June 8.

It is the first song taken from her upcoming debut album 'Chapter One', which is expected to be released later this year.

The promo clip for 'Ghost' has now been released and the video, which was shot in New Orleans, has proved popular.

Syco boss Simon Cowell meanwhile recently revealed his belief in former X Factor contestant Henderson as an artist and told his fans that she will be a "big star".

He said: "I really think she is going to be a big star. Her debut album is stunning. These are the times I love my job."
