Sam Smith has debuted a new version of 'Stay With Me' that features Mary J. Blige.

The song, which recently hit No.1 in the UK, has been given a makeover featuring vocal parts from US star Blige.

A video of the pair performing the tune together has been uploaded onto YouTube.

Speaking about the duet on Instagram, Blige said: "This was really fun and @Samsmith is such a great talent and voice. Can't wait to start our sessions together this summer.

"Get ready Fam for some real new creativity. Good luck on the 17th @samsmithworld with the release of the Album. Thank you for letting me be a part of such a beautiful song!!"

Smith recently released his debut album 'In The Lonely Hour' in his native UK and it instantly shot to No.1.
