Katherine Jenkins has confirmed plans to release a new album.

The singing star will unleash 'Home Sweet Home' on November 17 in the UK.

She promises to honour her classical heritage on the record, which will be the tenth of her career.

Jenkins commented: "Making this album has been an absolute dream. I am so thankful to be in a place where creativity is encouraged, classical music is understood and where I've been allowed to return to where my heart lies musically.

"This record is me at my most natural, my most authentic and I can't wait to share it with my very valued fans."

It has been ten years since the Welsh icon released her first album 'Premiere'.
