Alexa Goddard has debuted the lyric video for her next single.

The rising star is releasing the tune 'So There' as her next track as she builds up to the release of her debut album.

The lyric video for the song has been issued and speaking after its debut, Goddard said on Twitter:

"Crikey! So much love from twitter for 'So There'! I'm so happy you all like it!"

The Brit meanwhile recently signed to Jay Z's Roc Nation label and speaking to The Sun about meeting her new boss earlier this year, Goddard said:

"I went up and introduced myself to Jay Z; I can't quite believe I did that. Then I met him the night after at another thing and he said, 'Oh, you're the one who had a lot to say for herself', which was a bit embarrassing, but he was joking."
