Lionel Richie has confirmed a series of UK and Ireland tour dates.

The veteran singer will play a total of eleven arena shows across the two regions in February and March next year.

The run has been called the All The Hits All Night Long tour and it will see Richie mine his back catalogue.

The jaunt will kick off in Manchester on February 28 before hitting cities such as London, Belfast and Cardiff.

Tickets for the dates will go on sale from Friday (November 26). Check out the full schedule below:

• Wednesday, March 11 - 3Arena, Dublin
• Friday, March 13 - Echo Arena, Liverpool
• Saturday, March 14 - NIA, Birmingham
• Monday, March 16 - Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff
• Tuesday, March 17 - Capital FM Arena, Nottingham
