Hilary Duff open to 'Lizzie McGuire' reunion: 'So many people loved her'

Singer Hilary Duff has revealed that if there was ever a chance to have a 'Lizzie McGuire' reunion, which she starred in, she would be 'totally open to it' because it was such a popular show.

Speaking to Billboard recently, the beauty admitted that it would be great to do a 'where are they now' type of follow-up as people really loved the programme and the characters that made it, so she would be on board for such a project:

"I love it! I would be totally open to it. My schedule is a little busy right now. But um … why not? I mean, so many people loved her. I loved her. Honestly, working on that show, I got so strong with my physical comedy and all the things that they would throw at me. I got covered in goo every week, and I got, like, smashed in the face with a locker every single week. And all this, I mean it was a really, really fun show. And obviously people really loved her. Maybe a 'Lizzie: Where Are You Now?' like 10 years later."

Earlier this month, Duff opened up about her forthcoming new album and confessed that she really wants to get Harry Styles into the studio for a special collaboration:

"I might go with an unknown or an up-and-comer just to give the song even more of a quirky feel. But secretly, I really love Harry Styles, but he’s kind of busy with One Direction — I know this — but I am a secret 1D fan."
