TV personality and music mogul Simon Cowell has praised two of his most successful UK acts, namely Little Mix and One Direction, in a series of tweets that show his pride over how well they're doing. 

Referring to the 'Salute' beauties, the music mogul admitted that he thinks they're 'getting better' with each record they release and he's excited for their forthcoming offering: "Little Mix are working on a new album. We are totally committed to them. They have got better and better."

He then opened up about his hugely successful act, One Direction, and added that their new album 'FOUR' is going to blow fans away: "One direction have delivered an amazing album and the new single is getting an incredible reaction."

Little Mix, meanwhile, are hard at work on their third studio album and recently teased fans by telling them that they have been in writing sessions with Jessie J and Girls Aloud's Nicola Roberts: "Well we haven’t really had that many sessions, we had 2 with Jessie J which was really fun. We’ve had a few with Nicola Roberts but we haven’t had that many because we’ve been so busy touring! We’re kind of just still in the beginning like still trying to find out what we want to do and where we kind of want to go with it to be honest but we haven’t really got any solid songs yet."
