Meghan Trainor's hit song 'All About That Bass' has reached No.1 in the UK.

The Official Charts Company confirmed today (October 1) that the tune has shot up 32 places to top their midweek update.

The track is expected to sell over 100,000 copies by the end of the week.

At No.2 on the update is last week's No.1 - Jessie J's 'Bang Bang' - whilst Sigma's 'Changing' is No.3.

Following on is Taylor Swift's 'Shake It Off', which drops one place, with Magician's 'Sunlight' rounding off the top five.

Labrinth's 'Let It Be' is a new entry at No.8 and Ella Eyre has landed at No.10 with 'Comeback'.
