Metro Station star Trace Cyrus, half-brother of Miley, has revealed that he deeply regrets getting so many tattoos because they're going to look 'stupid' when he's older. 

The singer's body is heavily covered with different designs and he even has tattoos on his head and face, but took to Twitter late last night (September 30) to reveal that he wishes he could turn back time and stop himself from getting so many.

He wrote: "So sad I ruined my body with all these stupid tattoos. I'm going to look so stupid when I'm old. I'm such an idiot. Don't get tattoos."

Upon seeing his sad tweet, Miley Cyrus wrote a public reply and encouraged him to get more inkings when she's home from her tour: "@TraceCyrus wtf?!?! You're the coolest lookin' dude I know! Don't say dat!!!! #lezgettattedwhenimhome."

His band Metro Station, meanwhile, recently announced a series of live dates now that they've reunited and the 'Shake It' hitmakers will kick off the north American jaunt on October 21 at In The Venue in Salt Lake City.
