Country sensation Hunter Hayes has revealed that he loves Ed Sheeran's music and is obsessed with his songwriting style. 

Speaking to MTV News, the star explained that once someone introduced the 'Lego House' superstar's songs to him he just couldn't get enough and is so impressed by the British hitmaker's career:

"Ed is one of those guys who you think you’ve been introduced to… you listen to his song on the radio and then you see him live and you think, ‘Oh wow that’s amazing’ and you think, 'Oh yeah, now I’ve seen it all’ and then you meet him and you’re like ‘Wow, alright, keeps getting better’…"

"It’s a cool thing about somebody like that, he’s unbelievably, just stupid talented. Just so good, you know. Great guitar player, I think I connected with that part. The guitar playing, the looping, there’s a sort of studio, musician, geekery, madness that’s going on that I really loved, you know. But then when I met him, I had no idea he’d be such a cool dude, so I really respect him for that."
