Little Big Town and Ariana Grande to duet at the Country Music Awards

On November 5 at the 2014 Country Music Awards, vocal powerhouse Ariana Grande will sing live on stage with group Little Big Town.

Member Karen Fairchild told KISS-FM's Ryan Seacrest that the collaboration felt like a long shot so they were delighted when she agreed to perform with them at the event: "We’re big fans of her voice and talent. We’re big fans of her voice and talent. She’s had an incredible year and it was a wild hair to dream up this collaboration, but we’re so excited she said yes.”

Songstress Kimberly Schlapman confessed that it won't be a straight up country duet and teased that it will be a fusion of their different styles: “It’s a true collaboration. A little bit country and little bit pop.”

When asked if they had any advice for Grande on how best to enjoy the ceremony and evening, Fairchild added that she just needs to kick back and "enjoy the party because no one puts on a better party than Nashville and the CMA award. In country music we’re lucky to have some of the kindest most talented people in the business, and we’re excited to introduce her to our friends.”
