Ben Howard achieves his first No. 1 UK albumSinger-songwriter Ben Howard has topped the UK album chart with his latest LP 'I Forget Where We Were'. 'I Forget Where We Were' follows on from Howard's 2012 debut 'Every Kingdom' which peaked at No. 4. Slipknot have had to settle for second place as their album '5: The Gray Chapter' debuts at No. 2. The rest of this week's top five is made up by Ed Sheeran's 'X' down one to No. 3, a new entry at No. 4 from Neil Diamond with 'Melody Road', and yet another debut at No. 5 by Status Quo with 'Aquostic (Stripped Bare)'. Other new entries outside of the top five come from Nicole Scherzinger at No. 17 with 'Big Fat Lie', Madonna's 'True Blue' is back in the chart at No. 21, Mark Lanegan’s 'Phantom Radio' at No. 22, Scott Walker & Sunn O’s 'Soused' at No. 30, Aretha Franklin’s 'Great Diva Classics' at No. 32, and Billy Idol’s 'Kings & Queens Of The Underground' at No. 35.
